30 Jan 2013:
1st meeting with ob/gyn.
Done ultrasound scan + blood sampling for hormone analysis.
Diagnosed with Oligomenorrhea.

27 March 2013:
2nd meeting with ob/gyn.
Husband's SFA result: Normal
Wife hormone analysis result: Normal
Given Provera, Clomid + Folic Acid
To take blood sample on D21

26 June 2013:
3rd appointment to monitor healthy eggs


Johor Maternity Specialist Centre

1st appt: 12 May 2013
Done consultation + ultrasound + given Clomid
CD12 to undergo TVS
Charge: RM60

2nd appt: 27 May 2013
Done TVS (no mature eggs in both ovaries)
Suggested to continue Clomid on cycle 3 (increased dosage-3tabs)
Charge: RM40

3rd appt: 5 July 2013
Done TVS (no mature eggs found)
Suggested to continue Clomid on cycle 4 (increased dosage-3tabs) + FSH jab on CD6
Charge: RM43

4th appt: 23 Aug 2013
+ve upt (4w5d)
