Pancake with Maple Syrup and Caramelised Banana
Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Sugar
Salt
Full cream milk
Melted butter

Baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Egg
Maple syrup (beli kat Can hari tu..)

*bahan2 tu ikut sukatan masing2*
Garnishing:
Fresh/frozen fruits (berries/kiwi/mango/banana)
Raisins
Nuts
Cream/yogurt
Methods:
Beat an egg with sugar until foamy, add a pinch of salt, baking powder, vanilla, milk & melted butter. Stir the mixture and finally, add your flour. Mix well and your batter is ready!
Actually, nak sedap pakai buttermilk. I couldn't find any, so full cream milk pun jadilah Joyah!
Heat your non-stick pan. Put some butter on top. Use a ladle to pour the batter. Wait until it turns golden brown (2 mins). *Jangan hangus!*
Drizzle some maple syrup, garnish with caramelised banana & blueberries, lastly, sprinkle with chunks of walnut. Voila! Your pancakes are ready! And dig in!!!!

buttermilk = fermented milk kan..acidity lemon tu akan menjadikan dia sour ke?
