I'm mad but I couldn't show my anger to that particular person that I always deal with. My pet peeve is that when she said "Please do not bother me next week as the auditor is coming...". Well hello... Who are you talking to??? Please show some profesionalism. I know administration task is abundance. Say that with courtesy. "Cik, I'm so sorry, I have to suspend your purchasing process as I'm quite busy for auditing matter next week." Ah-ha, that's more like it, isn't it?? Budi bahasa mencerminkan peribadi. Luckily, saya bersabar & tunjukkan saya ni profesional. Tu yg sepatutnya ditunjukkan oleh staf2 di bawah Kump Profesional & Pengurusan!
