Attended a 3day-Usherette Course at Residence Hotel last week. On our 1st day, we could see various hijab style, with make up on their face. There was a few attendees yg lilit2 shawl. Huhu, lip lap depa na.. Macam 'walking xmas tree' pun ada jugak. I whispered in my colleague's ear (luckily we are from the research team), "Nampak tak beza antara admin group & research group?" She nodded her head. "Kita ni research group, tak sempat nak groom lebih2 sgt, kalau pakai shawl lilit2, nanti tersangkut kat pelepah sawit lak.." Kihkihkih.. tergelak2 kami.
From our 3days course, grooming is essential, but we have to groom accordingly & in proper way. There are typical admin staff who always look good. Memang cantik2 & bermekap2. We cannot deny that is the nature of admin staff. It's important though! Bcoz they have to meet & liaise with so many clients. Plus, they don't need fieldtrip that requires leather boots, thick pants, farmer hat, hot bright sunlight, bumpy trip to get into the plantation. Haha, now u can tell the reason why research group can be so 'sempoi' & simple yet can be very2 elegant with our suits during conference & seminars!
Memang bila dibandingkan kami dgn diorang jauh beza dari segi penampilan. Someday, aku pun nak belajar tatarias diri, how to put on make up. Hee.. Setakat pressed powder, lip gloss, mascara, apelah sangat...
