Let's Get In Shape !!!


Urghhhhhh… I do remember when I was in Form 3. Penah pakai skirt, then my best friend kate, “Aman, macam tiang bergerakla..”Masa tu saya minta Mama belikan Appeton Weight Gain untuk jadi berisi sket. Tapi semua sia2. Tak jugak naik, sampai 3rd year in UKM. Memang kurus, tapi belly je ada peningkatan sket. Ceh..nak wat pe..After a year commiting a relationship, semua berubah.. Aiyok..I’ve gain some weight! No Appeton needed! Agaknya apa yang menjadi faktor? Terlalu over the moon? Or stres kerja di UTM?My classmates semua kata, “Wah,Aman dah berisi. Camni la cantik..”Cikgu Nizam pulak kata saya dah gemuk..Arghhhh..Lama2 kerap jugak pijak Bathroom Scale. Nak maintain below +- 50kg.Now it’s the time to get my shape back.. Ideal shape! Memangla my BMI (for Asian) NORMAL = 20.Saya nak kurus dan ramping! Jeles kat orang2 yang kurus you!So, I decided to eat healthy, have enough sleep, drink a lot of water and not forgetting the hardest thing —–> EXERCISE (they could be sit-ups, dancing, playing games or jogging)
I swear I will work on that and get my shape back by July 2010.Yeahhhh…kita tunggu dan lihat! lalalala~

I signed up for belly dancing & hip hop classes.
Nak exercise sekarang masa tak ade la...pikiran asik melayang aje....
