Today is a bit tired, but there's no way i can skip to prepare dinner for dear hubby. There's some pasta in my pantry, so here the story goes: Macaroni in soup.
What u need:
Shallot, garlic, ginger, corn pepper, fish balls, egg, some greens, carrot or any veges, salt, palm oil and macaroni or any pasta that u wish for.
Pound shallot, garlic, ginger and corn pepper.
Stir fry them with palm oil.
Add some water, let it boil.
Add fish balls and egg.
Season with salt.
Then goes the carrot and pasta.
Finally, the greens.
To give extra heat, u can add smashed Thai chillies.
Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and fried shallot for garnishing.
Then, dig in!!!
