In The Making of A Healthier Me

Seriously, I need to make some changes. Yes! I have to watch my meal, and puh-lease do some exercises, at least a couple of evening walk during weekdays. Pesan ayah, "Hari2 kena makan epal tau, dan jangan tidur lambat!". I've got 9 months to go. Me don't want that Bridezilla symptoms. Never! I need to work my plan properly. Hunting betul2. Cukuplah make up yg disaster masa tunang hari tu. Akibat degil cakap mama lah tu..

Syarat2 sah 'A Healthier Me' Project:
  1. Dinner before 8pm
  2. Snack on fruits and biscuits. No junkies!!
  3. Drink plenty of plain water
  4. Supplement for women vitality
  5. Sleep well
  6. Jaga solat dan hubungan dengan Allah
  7. Crunch exercise before bed

aman, kurus tak cantik tau. yg cantik adalah bila kita sihat.
kurus dan gemuk adalah tidak sihat. makanya, kekalkan berat badan yang ideal!
