Masak Lomak?? Sonang Yoo..

Howdy everyone! Having fuss to make 'Masak Lomak Cili Api'? Chill out ya'll! Let me teach u how... Ceh, macam la terer sangat! U can make a simple and savoury dish just like this. The methods are as easy as 'Alif, Ba, Ta..' This recipe is Mat Gebu's. Thanx to him!~
So, grab 500g lean chicken meat, 20-35 small chillies (green), 1/2" galangal, 1" turmeric, 5 shallots, 1 onion, 3 garlics, 2 tamarind peels, 3 lemon grass, coconut cream, 2cm shrimp paste, seasoning (salt, sugar). After u clean your chicken, blend together chillies, galangal, garlic, turmeric, shrimp paste, onion, shallots.
Masukkan semua bahan dikisar ke dalam periuk & masukkan ayam serta serai yg dititik. Masukkan 1 cawan air, tunggu sehingga ayam menjadi kecut. Campakkan asam gelugur. Api hendaklah perlahan semasa memasak. Masukkan santan, renih, bubuh perasa (garam & gula), rasa dan tutup api. Senang kan? Rasanya pun sedap sehingga menjilat pinggan! Ha.. ni la hasilnya... Taraaaaa... Kuah agak cair, tapi yg penting marvelous! Next time kena improvise lg tahap kepekatannya.. Selamat mencuba!

Kalau nak sedap, ayam or daging grill dulu....baru campurkan ngan masak lomak itu...(nasihat pakar makan)
